She was married to Ronnie Pickett who preceded her in death in 1988 and later married Bill Goodin who preceded her in death in 2000. She leaves 11 direct living descendants. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Brandenburg and was former factory worker, having worked at Fruit of the Loom, Enro & Osh Kosh B'Gosh

Judy Pickett Goodin, 72, of Brandenburg, KY, formerly of Adair County, died Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 2:08amET, at the Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany, IN.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 1pmCT/2pmET, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Sherman Ramsey officiating. Burial will be in in Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 4:30pmCT/5:30pmET, Friday, at the funeral home.



Casket bearers: Jeff Giles, Doug Chism, Richie Chism, Josh Jenkins, Jason Jenkins, and Barry Raymond.

She was born Wednesday, July 2, 1941. She was the daughter of the late Marion & Isabell Grissom Hendrickson. She died Wednesday, July 31, 2013, in New Albany, Floyd County, Indiana, at the age of 72 years, 29 days.

She was married to Ronnie Pickett who preceded her in death in 1988 and later married Bill Goodin who preceded her in death in 2000.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Brandenburg and was former factory worker, working at Fruit of the Loom, Enro & Osh Kosh B'Gosh.

Survivors include the following:
  • One son: Michael Landon (Melissa) Pickett of Brandenburg, KY

  • One daughter: Angie (Orlando) Hart of Hodgenville, KY

  • Two brothers: J. W. Hendrickson of Columbia, KY, and Richard Hendrickson of Washington

  • Three sisters: Barbara Giles and Ruth Melton both of Columbia, KY, and Brenda Trent of Brandenburg, KY

  • Eight grandchildren

  • One great-grandchild

  • Several nieces, nephews and friends
