Scruggs News from KSP West Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations, Bowling Green, KY On Tuesday, July 30, 2013 Kentucky State Police West Drug Enforcement / Special Investigations arrested Cinda Lee Meyer, 57, of Greensburg, KY, in Adair County, KY, and charged her with 8 counts of Complicity to Theft by Unlawful Taking Over $500.00 after Grand Jury Indictment was returned against her.
