I-65 NB Welcome Center in Simpson County closed Aug. 1, 2013 For Waterline Repairs Bowling Green, KY (July 30, 2013) \- On Thursday, August 1st, 2013, the I-65 NB Welcome Center (at the KY/TN border) in Simpson County will be closed to allow crews to repair a leak in the water main that serves this facility. The closure will remain in effect until the line is repaired and the area around the building is properly restored.
