Mandatory training for substitutes at AC School District Two sessions for Positive Behavior Interventions available By Phyllis Curry, Instructional Supervisor Adair County School District Before you can be added to the substitute list by the Adair County Board of Education as a teacher, bus driver, cook, custodian, secretary, aide, etc. for 2013-14, you must complete a mandatory training on Positive Behavior Interventions. There will be two sessions offered prior to the beginning of school. You only need to attend one of the sessions. The training consists of watching four videos, taking and passing a 20 question test, and receiving a certificate of completion. The test will be given as a whole group test. If you are not trained prior to school starting, you will not be eligible to sub until you pass the test and your name will not be added to the sub list until after the Christmas break:
