Kids Need Kicks steps up drive for 2013-14 school year "Putting a Little Pep in One Kid's Step!" - As always, it's a low key drive, but it's also one which so many people want to help. There are two ways to participate: 1) Cash donations 2) Gifts of new pairs of shoes and/or socks. By Mindy Smith For Kids Need Kicks Ministry, Cricket McCloud, founder The Kids Need Kicks Ministry is enlisting the help of folks in and around Adair County. For the fifth year, our goal is to provide 225 pairs of brand new athletic shoes to school-aged kids in Adair County! You can help out by donating money, brand new socks, or brand new athletic shoes. If you would like to make a monetary donation, please make checks payable to Family Resource Center, but please put Kids Need Kicks in the Memo line. Checks may be mailed to: Kids Need Kicks MinistryTo donate new pairs of socks or tennis shoes, please drop the shoes and socks off at the Columbia Christian Church, 206 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm noon CT. Donations are being accepted now through August 5, 2013. With as little as $20.00, you can put a little pep in one kid's step this August!!! Shoes and socks of all sizes are welcome!
