The Parrishes win top prize in 2013 AC Fair Give-Away Click on headline for story with photo(s) By Greg Thomas, Chairman, Adair County Fair Board Janet, Perry, and Rachel Parrish of Columbia, KY, were the grand prize winners in the 2013 Adair County Fair Give-Away, taking home a check for $5,000, sold to them by Holly Loy. Brian Robertson won the $3,000 prize, which he bout from Billy Rowe. He was accompanied by his daughter Shelby, to the presentation. Third place prize, $2,000, was won by James Davidson, Columbia, KY. He bought the winning ticket from Jennifer Carter, Columbia, KY.
