Pamela Gayle Jeffries Moore, 43, of Green County, KY, departed this life on Friday, July 12, 2013. She was 43 years, five months, and one day of age.

The funeral services for Pamela Gayle Jeffries Moore will be conducted at 1pmCT/2pmET,, Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY with burial to follow in the Pink Ridge Cemetery in Metcalfe County. Bro. Greg Whitlow will be officiating. Visitation is requested 4pm-9pmCT/5pm-10pmET, Monday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT/8amET, Tuesday until time of the funeral service.


Pallbearers: Jordan Harmon, Timmy Sluder, Rion Alley, Corey Harmon Bobby Wright, Brandon Wright, and Adam Harmon.

Honorary pallbearers: Terry Adams, Steve Jackson, Cecil Coffey, James Henderson David B. Coffey, Junior Hale, Ralph Harmon, Mike Harmon, Dewayne Harmon, and Troy Sluder.

Pamela Gayle Jeffries Moore of Green County, KY, was the daughter of the late Sylvester Jeffries and Elsie Belle Wilson Jeffries. She was born on Wednesday, February 11, 1970 in Green County, KY, and departed this life on Friday, July 12, 2013. She was 43 years, 5 months, and 1 day of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. She was also a Line Worker for Amazon.com.

Survivors include the following:
  • Her son: Colton Augustus Thomas Moore of Greensburg, KY

  • Five sisters and two brothers-in-law: Barbara J. Wright of Greensburg, KY; Joyce C. and Cecil Coffey of Little Barren Community, KY; Jolene Jeffries, Linda K. and James C. Henderson, and Rita S. Sluder all of Greensburg, KY

  • and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends

  • Memorials are suggested to the Colton Moore Scholarship Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
