In Campbellsville, where the City's premier celebration, a day of Independence Day Events, the weather is already a factor. "There's a downpour over here," Larry Smith, 99.9 The Big Dawg reported. "They've already called off the Hot Air Balloon event this morning. We've got our fingers crossed for the rest of the day.
