Public Notice: Requesting proposals for guaranteed energy conservation program


ADAIR COUNTY FISCAL COURT - LEGAL NOTICE

The Adair County Fiscal Court is requesting proposals/qualifications from interested and qualified performance contractors for the implementation of a guaranteed energy conservation program utilizing the State of Kentucky SB 157(KRS45A.352), Performance Contracting Legislation for county facilities. All qualified firms interested in providing the specified contracting services should contact the Adair County Fiscal Court Office (Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton's Office), 424 Public Square, Ste1, Columbia KY to obtain the required information package. All responses are due by 3:00 p.m. CST on August 16, 2013. The court reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
