In a telephone interview, Larry Smith, who is closely following the story for The WAVE 92.7, added incentives will come from local government units in Russell County. Smith said the plant will manufacture parts for auto plants and would employ over 200 at the Russell Springs plant, should a final decision be made for the company to locate here.
