Bob Barnes writes: How disgusting it was to read of the puppy left to die in a trash can. I can only hope that Sheriff Harrison Moss and/or his deputies will use the surveillance cameras that are on the parking lot lamp post and the Walmart structure itself. Surely there will be arguments from some that our law enforcement have better things to do with their time.
