Cleo Shively, Columbia, KY (1942-2013) She was a member of a distinguished, highly regarded Adair County family. She was the widow of Terry Shively. She leaves 10 direct living descendants. She was a member of Columbia Baptist Church and retired from the Adair County School System after 30 plus years of teaching. After retirement, she continued as Cheerleader Coach at Adair County High School. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 1pmCT/2pmET, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Nick Stamps & Bro. Randy Copeland officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Monday, June 24, 2013 at the funeral home. Cleo Shively, Columbia, KY (1942-2013) She was born Sunday, December 27, 1942, in Quality, Logan County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Otis & Joyce Doores Woodall. She died Saturday, June 22, 2013, in Milton, Trimble County, KY, at the age of 70 years, 5 months, and 26 days. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Shively on November 10, 2011 and by two siblings, Donald Woodall and Janie Stamps. She was a member of Columbia Baptist Church and retired from the Adair County School System after 30 plus years of teaching. After retirement, she continued as Cheerleader Coach at Adair County High School. Survivors include the following:
