Campbellsville PD searching for assault suspect Annual D. Flinchum fled house when police responded to report of assault. Remains at large By Anne Sanders On June 7, 2013 the Campbellsville Police Department responded to a report of an assault at 226 Eads Street. The occupant of the residence, Annual D. Flinchum fled the residence prior to officers arrival. Officers began an investigation which led to obtaining a search warrant of the premises. Officers executed the search warrant at 226 Eads Street in. The search of the residence produced evidence which led to additional charges against Flinchum. The investigation was presented to Taylor District Court where warrants were issued for the following; Felon in Possession of a Firearm, a Class D Felony and Assault 2 is also a Class D Felony. Flinchum remains at large and is believed to be in the Taylor County area.
