Downtown Columbia, KY: A great place to meet and talk

Observer defines the Quintessential element of nostalgia for Downtown

An Astute Anonymous Observer writes:
Ed, great coverage on the June Dairy Day/Farmers Mkt on the Square. Loved the shot of Mema shopping at the "Cane Valley Mall". I loved your idea about people meeting on the square, in down town Columbia, just to talk. Lots of good places like Cafe on the Square, TaPs, Farmers Market. Fountain Plaza and our beautiful Court House.

I think those men who met and whittled - a "manly thing" - at the courthouse, just used the whittling as an excuse to meet and talk. Women don't need any excuse! LoL Thanks a bunch! - Unsigned. CM signs it from "An Astute Anonymous Observer"
