Columbia Police arrrest Rebecca Hobbs, 42, on meth charge The Columbia Police Department served an arrest warrant as a result of a narcotics investigation, on Thursday, June 13, 2013 and arrested Rebecca Hobbs, 34, of Campbellsville, KY. Hobbs was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, less than 2 grams methamphetamine. Hobbs was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail by Columbia Police Department Sgt. Gary Roy. CPD Officer Brad Scholl is the investigating officer. - Sgt. JR.
