Winners in 2013 ACHS Annual Golf Scramble announced The ACHS Golf Boosters Annual Golf Scramble results Click on headline for complete story with photo(s) By Nancy Taylor News from the Adair County High School Golf Boosters The Adair County High School Girls and Boys Golf Teams had their annual golf scramble on Saturday, June 1, 2013, at The Pines of Lindsey Wilson. The 12 teams consisting of 48 players were chosen by blind draw, and the winners were as follows:
Closest to the Pin on Par 3 - Josh Withers, Wes Bryant, Mark Sexton and Steve Burton, who each won a set of Titleist Pro V golf balls Longest Drive - Jamie Yarberry, who won a Nike Hybrid club Many other nice door prizes were given away to various players throughout the day. Mike Sneed won the Grand Door Prize of 1 Day's Free Pontoon Rental. The Golf Teams and Boosters wish to say "Thank You" for all of the scramble participants, sponsors, and door prize donors.
