KSP Post 15 investigating shooting, Glasgow RD, Edmonton, KY Suspect in Custody. Names not yet released By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - The Kentucky State Police are investigating a shooting that occurred this morning 7 miles east of Edmonton on Glasgow Road in Metcalfe County. Post 15 received the call at approximately 9amCT, from Edmonton P.D. and learned that a 58-year-old male was the victim of a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to University Hospital in Louisville where he remains in critical condition.
