Snake in Maury's tree is probably trying to shed

Best advice: Give it ground. Leave it be. It is likely to leave of own accord in a few days

Miss Donna writes:
The snake is probably getting ready to shed. If you leave it alone, it will most likely be gone in a few days. They usually don't stay in one place too long unless they're getting ready to shed their skin, which may take a day or two. - Miss Donna
