Denise Pyles Grant: iPad funding is a dream become reality It took just three days for the Adair County community, both near and far, with the help of 15 donors and a generous matching funds from DonorsChoose.org, to fully fund innovative teacher's request for funding for two iPads for her Science Classes. A simple thank you just doesn't suffice. All I know to say is "my cup runneth over" and my gratitude is heartfelt. I can't wait to share pictures of my students using their iPads!! - DENISE PYLES GRANT By Denise Pyles Grant I cannot believe in such a short amount of time, my project has been fully funded! Just two weeks ago with the school year winding down, I had begun the arduous task of evaluating my current resources to update and revise for the next year. I dreamed of what it would be like to have technology driven laboratory exercises. . . and now thanks to the generosity of this community (both near and far!) that dream is going to become a reality!! A simple thank you just doesn't suffice. All I know to say is "my cup runneth over" and my gratitude is heartfelt. I can't wait to share pictures of my students using their iPads!! Thank you to Shamarie for listening to my project, seeing my vision and taking it to Ed to share with his readers. Thank you Ed for believing in the efficacy of my requests and promoting it!
