Russell Springs man charged with robbery By Larry Smith, 92.7 The WAVE radio A Russell Springs man has been arrested on a robbery charge. 43 year old William Patton was arrested by the Russell County Sheriff's Department. Authorities say Patton is charged with robbing Theo Branscum at gunpoint. The incident occurred at the Highway 80 storage business on the west side of Russell Springs at 6:30pmCT last night, Thursday, May 30, 2013.
