WKU Registrar sends thanks to Carol Perkins

School tries to build on long-standing traditions; red towel, feature added three years ago

Freida Eggleton writes to Carol Perkins via CM:
Carol- A former WKU employee sent me the link to your wonderful article about our recent commencement ceremony, and I want to thank you for writing about your positive experience. I have coordinated WKU's commencements for the past 27 years, and each year we try to build upon our long-standing traditions. The red towels were added three years ago and have become very popular with our graduates, as you observed. We want our commencement ceremonies to be special for our graduates, and it was very gratifying to know that our guests also appreciate them. - Freida K. Eggleton University Registrar WKU
