Adair Co. Hospital District trustees special called meeting

There will be a special called meeting of the Adair County Hospital District on at 10:30amCT, Monday, May 20, 2013, at Westlake Regional Hospital, 901 Westlake Drive, Columbia, KY. The Agenda is as follows:

Call to Order.
Executive Session: KRS 61.810(1)(C) Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of a public agency KRS 61.810(1)(f). Discussions or hearings which might lead to the appointment, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employeee, member, or student without restricting that employee's, member's, or studetn's right to a public hearing if requested. The exception shall not be interpreted to permit discussion of general personnel matters in secret.
Adjourn.

The meeting is open to the public, but the main action will be executive session. No other topic or discussion is permitted other than the published agenda in a Special Called meeting

The Adair County Hospital Board of Trustees meets at 6:30pmCT each last Tuesday of each month, at the Westlake Regional Hospital Conference Room, 901 Westlake Drive, Columbia, KY. Craig Pyles, Chairman; Neal Gold, Vice Chairman; Richard Grant, Secretary; Bruce White, Treasurer; Brad Keltner, Trustee. Neal Gold, Administrative Liason for the Board in lieu Administrator.
