Margie M. Cundiff passed away Monday May 13, 2013 at the Liberty Care Center. She was 93.

Funeral services are at 1pmCT/2pmET, Thursday May 16, 2013 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Clifford DeHart and Bro. Dwayne Mondie officiating. Burial will be at Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 15, 2012, 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET at the funeral home.

Born FridayMay 17, 1919 in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Alford and Laura Patton Pendleton. She died May 13, 2013, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 93 years, 11 months, and 27 days.

She was a homemaker and member of the Mt. Calvary Community Church.

Ms. Margie is the widow of John Ed Cundiff, who passed away February 22, 2006.

Survivors include:
  • Six sons, James (and Nina) Cundiff of Shepherdsville, KY; George Cundiff (and friend, Betty) of Cincinnati, Ohio; Edward (and Louise) Cundiff of Shepherdsville, KY; Richard (and Edith) Cundiff of Louisville, KY; Mike (and Mary) Cundiff of Liberty, KY; and Ronald Cundiff of Dunnville, KY

  • Daughter: Lois (Gilbert) Mondie of Russell Springs, KY

  • Twenty-two grandchildren

  • Thirty-four great grandchildren

  • And six great great grandchildren

  • A brother: Clifton (and Brenda) Pendleton of Dunnville, KY
In addition to her parent and husband, she is preceded in death by a son, Paul Cundiff; grandson, Ozie Mondie; daughter-in-law, Sharon Cundiff; 9 brothers; and 4 sisters. Funeral arrangement entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY with guestbook available at
