ACSO investigates injury collision, Crossroads, Knifley, KY

One occupant of Jeep taken into custody on alleged DUI charge. One occupant taken privately to Taylor Regional Hospital, Campbellsville, KY; another to Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY. Deputy BJ Bray was the first responder, joined later by Deputy Adam Cravens; also responding were the Knifley Fire Department and Adair EMS.

Adair Sheriff's Deputies responded to a collision on the Knifley Crossroads - Knifley Road/KY 551 & KY 76 Elkhorn Road, Monday night, May 6, 2012. Nicole Bell was operating her van on KY 551 when a Jeep turned and collided with her.



The Jeep was occupied by James Corbin, Brent Moss, Jacob Robertson and Portia Robertson.

After sobriety tests on the scene James Corbin was placed into custody for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Moss and Bell were taken privately to Taylor Regional Hospital and Westlake Regional Hospital respectively.

Deputy BJ Bray was first responder followed by Deputy Adam Cravens Knifley Fire Department, Search and Rescue and EMS also responded to the scene. - Deputy Adam Cravens
