Mrs. Jessie E. Clark, age 97 of Maysville, KY formerly of Green County, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013 in Maysville, KY.

The funeral services for Mrs. Jessie E. Clark will be conducted at 2pmCT/3pmET, Sunday, May 5, 2013 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY with burial to follow in the Greensburg Cemetery, N Main Street, Greensburg, KY Visitation is requested 4pm-8pmCT/5pm-9pmET, Saturday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT/8amET, Sunday until time of the funeral service.



Mrs. Jessie E. Clark, Green Co., KY (1915-2013)


She was born October 22, 1915. She was the daughter of the late Cleveland and Katie Sidebottom Russell. She died May 2, 2013, in Maysville, Mason County, KY, at the age of 97 years, six months, and 11 days.

She united in marriage to Ray Smith Clark on May 28, 1937 who preceded her in death on August 10, 1974.

Survived by the following:
  • Two daughters and sons in law: Betty & Bill Montgomery of Maysville, and Jan and Doug Neal of Elizabethtown, KY

  • Five grandchildren

  • Twelve great grandchildren

  • And 11 great great grandchildren
She was also preceded in death by two sisters Beatrice Peleske, and Francis Shearns.

Memorials are suggested to the Gideon Bible Fund or Hospice of Hope.

The Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY in charge of arrangements.
