Camp Casey recognizes new class of volunteers All are students at Lindsey Wilson College Click on headline for story with photo(s) By Dana Harmon, Camp Casey Director Col. Wm. Casey School, 220 Gen. John Adair Drive, Columbia, KY Camp Casey is a 21st Century Community Learning Center at Col. Wm. Casey Elementary, 220 General John Adair Drive in Columbia, KY. Since 2004 numerous volunteers have helped us to serve our students in after school and summer activities. Each school year we add the names of new volunteers and organizations to a plaque that hangs in our school lobby. This year we have added: Nicole Pierce, Dariann Smith, Heather Franks, Samantha Hadley, Sarah Jo Jacobs, Maeghann Alexander, Grant Edlin, Kaitlyn Harrison, Lee Ann Landis, Katie Koper, Alexandria Russell, Kelli Semones, Katie Dickerson, and Marcus Wethington. These are all students from Lindsey Wilson College. We are very blessed to have LWC in our community supporting the education of our young students. Their assistance over the years has enabled us to serve a far greater number of students than would have been possible without their involvement. - Dana Harmon This story was posted on 2013-05-02 16:20:14
