Traffic: New cautions lights for Square, Jamestown, KY New yield signs to be installed on business U.S. 127, Jamestown Public Square in Russell County By Amber Hale, Information Officer Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, KHD District 8, Somerset, KY SOMERSET, KY (May 2, 2013) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has announced changes to the yield condition for Business U.S. 127 traffic at the Jamestown Public Square in Russell County. Yield signs will be placed at the north and south Business U.S. 127 approaches to the Public Square in coordination with the completion of the ongoing resurfacing project. Currently yield signs exist at the KY 92 and KY 619 approaches to the intersection. The change to the Business U.S. 127 approaches will allow vehicles traveling inside the traffic circle a free flowing movement.
