She leaves 16 direct living descendants. , Mrs. Frances Allene Parnell Oaks, 79, of Ekron, KY, and departed this life on Monday, April 29, 2013 at the Golden Living Center-Green Hill, Greensburg, KY. The funeral services for Mrs. Frances Allene Parnell Oaks will be conducted at 2pmCT/3pmET, Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Greasy Creek Cemetery. Bro. Nathan Oaks will be officiating. Visitation is requested from 4pm-8pmCT/5pm-9pmET, Wednesday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT/8amET, Thursday until time of the funeral service. Pallbearers: Jimmy Dell Parnell, Toby Oaks, Jody Oaks, Robbie Oaks, Jason Oaks, and Mike Oaks.
