Campbellsville's Foster earns MCS Golfer of the Week Honors Click on headline for story with photo(s) From Chris Megginson, Sports Information Director News from Campbellsville University LOUISVILLE, KY - Campbellsville senior Scott Foster is the Mid-South Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, conference officials announced on Tuesday. April 30, 2013. Foster earns his first golfer of the week honor of the season after capturing the Mid-South Conference Championships' individual title last week. The Cincinnati, OH, native led wire-to-wire en route to posting a 3-under par 213 (71-68-74) at Bardstown Country Club at Maywood. With the win, Foster earned a berth into the NAIA Men's Golf National Championships next month in Salem, OR. Foster had 17 birdies in the 54-hole tournament while blistering the par-5s going 4-under par for the week. Foster's two-stroke win led the Tigers to a third-place team finish.
