Mrs. Cozetta Pierce Snow, 64, of Elizabethtown, KY, departed this life on Friday, April 26, 2013 at the Regency Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Louisville, KY.

The funeral services for Mrs. Cozetta Pierce Snow will be conducted at 12pm noon CT/1pmET, Monday, April 29, 2013 at the Union Chapel Missionary Church in Green County with burial in the church cemetery. Bro. Handley Milby will be officiating. Visitation is requested from 3pm-8pmCT/4pm-9pmET, Sunday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, and after 7amCT/8amET, Monday. Visitation will resume at 10amCT, Monday at the Union Chapel Missionary Church until time of the funeral service.



Pallbearers: Benny Grant, Rodney Conover, Larry Pierce, Doug Pierce Roger Pierce, and Mike Matney.

Mrs. Cozetta Pierce Snow was the daughter of the late Corby Pierce and Bertha VanArsdale Pierce. She was born Tuesday, June 15, 1948 in Green County, KY , and departed this life on Friday, April 26, 2013 in Louisville. Jefferson County, KY. She was 64 years, 10 months, and 11 days of age.

She united in marriage to Junior M. Snow on June 25, 1966 who preceded her in death on October 25, 2008. He was the love of her life. Survivors include the following:
  • Her daughter and son in law: Kimberly and Mike Orman of Elizabethtown, KY

  • Two brothers: Dillard Pierce and Lillard Pierce, both of Indiana

  • Three sisters: Margaret Duval of Hodgenville, KY; Mae Miller of Louisville, KY; and Virginia Herald of Louisville, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Cierra Snow, Hailey Orman, and Tori Orman, all of Elizabethtown, KY

  • A great-grandchild: Conner Robey of Elizabethtown, KY
Mrs. Snow was also preceded in death by a daughter: Wendy Rena Snow in 1970; and a granddaughter: Katelyn Brianna Marshall on May 15, 2012.

The Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY in charge of arrangements.
