Worked at movie ticket machine for many years It is sad to see the theater sitting empty; Saturday nights in downtown Columbia have changed so much. - JIM HUDSON Jim Hudson writes: I am very familiar with this item that is pictured. I used this movie ticket machine during the four or five years that I worked for Charles Marshall at the Columbian Theater in the early to mid 1970\'s. I have many good memories of those years working for the Marshalls. My brother, Gary and I sold concessions, sold tickets, and cleaned up after the movies were over. Not always fun, but the memories are still good ones! It is sad to see the theater sitting empty; Saturday nights in downtown Columbia have changed so much. --Jim HudsonComments re photo 49096 Mystery picture Whats this Contest over at 618amCT This story was posted on 2013-04-15 23:03:49
