Drivers injured in two vehicle collision Jamestown Hill

On Saturday, April 13, 2013, Columbia Police Department responded to the 400 block of Jamestown Street, Columbia, KY, to investigate a report of a 2 vehicle head on collision.



The collision occurred when unit 1, operated by 30 year old Jessie Yike of Columbia, KY, was operating a 2000 Saturn 4 door crossed the center line and struck unit 2, a 2005 Chevrolet Classic operated by 28 year old Nicole Hill also of Columbia, KY, head on.

Both Hill and Jessie were treated by Adair County EMS on scene and transferred to Westlake Regional Hospital for additional treatment.

Seatbelts were in use.

CPD Ofc. Johnny Dial is investigating assisted by Ofc. Drew Conn . Agency's responding Columbia Police Department,, Adair EMS, Columbia Fire Department, and Adair County Sheriff's Department. Ofc. Joshua Brock
