Lane closures for I-65 in Warren County By Keirsten Jaggers, Public Information Officer KYTC Dept. of Highways, District 3, Bowling Green, KY BOWLING GREEN, KY (April 14, 2013) - Lane closures will be used this week (April 15-19) on I-65 between Smiths Grove (mm 38) and mile marker 32 for maintenance work during the hours 8am-5pmCT. The work will begin for the northbound direction and have traffic pushed to two lanes for Monday and Tuesday, April 15-16, 2013. Work will be switched to the southbound direction for Wednesday and Thursday, keeping two lanes open. Motorists are advised to watch for flaggers who will be directing traffic at the on and off ramps for Exit 38/Smiths Grove periodically.
