Car leaves road, overturns in creek By Ofc. Joshua Brockman, Columbia Police Department Columbia Police Department investigated a single vehicle collision that occurred on KY 1323, 2 miles north of Columbia, KY. The accident occurred on April 9, 2013, The accident occurred when 17 year old Joshua Streeval of Columbia was operating a 2001 Suzuki lost control of his vehicle dropping off the left shoulder of highway. Streeval was unable to regain control of vehicle, and traveled approximately 152 ft before overturning into a creek. Streeval was treated on scene by Adair County EMS and transferred to Westlake Regional Hospital for additional care of injuries. The collision was investigated by CPD Officer Drew Conn. Ofc.
