Car leaves road, overturns in creek

Columbia Police Department investigated a single vehicle collision that occurred on KY 1323, 2 miles north of Columbia, KY. The accident occurred on April 9, 2013, The accident occurred when 17 year old Joshua Streeval of Columbia was operating a 2001 Suzuki lost control of his vehicle dropping off the left shoulder of highway. Streeval was unable to regain control of vehicle, and traveled approximately 152 ft before overturning into a creek.

Streeval was treated on scene by Adair County EMS and transferred to Westlake Regional Hospital for additional care of injuries. The collision was investigated by CPD Officer Drew Conn. Ofc. Joshua Brockman
