Grayson County men charged with DUI in one crash

FALLS OF ROUGH, KY - On Friday, April 4, 2013 at 8:55pmCT a call was received of a single vehicle injury collision near the 8600 block of Falls of Rough Road in Grayson County. Anthony Frank, 43 of Falls of Rough was traveling north on KY 79 in a 1984 Dodge pickup when he lost control of his vehicle and ran off of the right shoulder of the roadway.



After leaving the roadway the vehicle overturned, struck a tree and came to final rest in the front yard of a residence. Frank was transported to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center and was later transferred to the University of Louisville Hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries. Frank was not wearing a seat belt.

Frank was charged with DUI 1st Offense, No Operator's License, Possession of Open container in Motor Vehicle Prohibited, and Failure to Wear Seat Belt. A relative of Frank's was arrested for Driving Under the Influence when he drove up to the scene to check on Anthony Frank. Tpr. Brad Riley is conducting the investigation.
