All change is not progress Martha Berry writes: Isn't it a shame that all our beautiful farmland is being eaten up by "development," land that can never be reclaimed. And all in the name of progress. As my sister-in-law said when a farm near them was to be developed "All change is not progress." We live in such a beautiful area and because we are so close to it, may not appreciate what we have. I realize that economics enters into the equation, but isn't there someplace that is not so picturesque that can be "developed"? - Martha BerryComments re photo 49008 A beautiful view from a priceless part of Adair County KY This story was posted on 2013-04-06 10:11:36
