CJE, Mayor sign Autism Awareness Day and Month proclamation By Greg Blair Autism Awareness Day and Month, were proclaimed today, Tuesday, April 2, 2013 for Columbia and Adair County by Mayor Mark Harris and Judge Executive Ann Melton with Speaking Through Silence, An Autism Awareness Group, present at the signing ceremony in the basement of the Adair Annex Building, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. Speaking Through Silence is working to get Project Lifesaver in Adair County.
