Terry Hadley on scene now to repair City Hall telephone lines Councillor Charles Grimsley called at 9:25amCT to report that the telephone outage at City Hall should be over soon. Callers to 384-2501 have been receiving a message that the line was temporarily out of service since the office opened at 8amCT. "I was down there just a moment ago," Councillor Grimsley said, "And Terry Hadley arrived and went straight to work on the problem. It should be fixed shortly."
