Taylor Co., KY Sheriff's Office makes arrest in child sex abuse case Campbellsville, KY man lodged in Taylor County Detention Center facing two charges involving victim under 12 years of age Deputy Mark Dickens of Taylor County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 24 year old Taylor County, KY man, James Loy, 340 Ebenezer Road, Campbellsville, KY charging him with 1) Sodomy first degree, victim under 12 years; and 2) Sexual abuse first degree, victim under 12 years old. The arrest followed an investigation started on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, by the TCSO. Loy was transported to and lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center, Campbellsville, KY.
