Court of Appeals will hear case from Adair Circuit Court The Kentucky Court of Appeals will hear an appeal from Russell Springs pharmacist Leon Grider at the Court of Appeals Courtroom, 360 Democrat Drive, Frankfort, KY at 12pm noon CT/1pmET, before presiding Judge Hon. Michael D. Caperton, Hon. Glenn E. Acree, and Hon. C. Shea Mickell. The appellant, Leon Grider, is a pharmacist convicted of traficking in controlled substance, first degree. Direct appeal asserts trial court erred in denying a motion for mistrial and right ot ineffective assistance of counsel by failing to grant continuance when counsel was ill. The appeal is from a case tried before Special Circuit Court Clerk James L. Bowling. Grider is presented by Joseph Aprile II. In the case, styled Leon M. Grider v.
