The Mary Jo Young Scholarship, named for a former member of the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA), provides up to $420 per class toward tuition for up to two classes each semester and up to $125 per class for textbooks. Scholarships can only be used in the fall and spring semesters. To be considered, students must be in grades 11 or 12 during the 2013-2014 academic year. They must have at least an 18 ACT composite or achieve at least a 2.5 GPA during the 2012-2013 academic year. Priority will be given to students eligible for free and reduced-price lunch.
