Adair County FFA Hosts Regional Welding competition By Kirby Hancock The Adair County FFA hosted the Lake Cumberland Regional FFA welding and small power equipment career development events Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 26 FFA Drive, Columbia, KY. FFA chapters from Pulaski, Russell, Green, Taylor, McCreary, Lincoln, Casey and Adair counties competed in the event. Lincoln county was the overall winner in the welding competition and Green county was the winner in the small power equipment skills competition. Adair County received superior ratings. The Adair County FFA welding team included Chase Hadley, Easton Ellis, Scott Tucker, Francisco Mendoza, and Eric VanArsdale.
