Hardin County escapee captured in Ohio Previous story: Hardin Co., KY inmate walks-off from work detail MTPR Norman Chaffins, Public Affairs Officer Kentuckyi State Police, Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY Ryan C. Jones, the Hardin County Detention Center inmate that walked away from work release on Friday March 15, 2013 was captured in Fairborn, OH on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 and arrested without incident.
