Hardin Co., KY inmate walks-off from work detail

Inmate was serving time for Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree and was on work detail at Saunders Springs Preserve in Radcliff, KY, when flight took place

ELIZABETHTOWN, KY - On Friday, March 15, 2013 at approximately 3:38pmET Post 4 received a call from the Hardin County Detention Center stating that inmate, Ryan C. Jones, age 20 from Dayton, OH, walked away from his work release at Saunders Springs Preserve in Radcliff, KY at 1pmET.

Jones is described as a white male, 5'8", 200 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair. Jones may be trying to get back to Dayton, but also has ties in the Radcliff area. Jones was serving time for Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree and Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. Anyone with information on Jones' whereabouts is encouraged to call the Kentucky State Police Post in Elizabethtown at (270) 766-5078 or dial 1 (800) 222-5555. Callers may remain anonymo
