Three Adair Countians charged with receiving stolen property Arrests follow investigation of items stolen in Russell County and later sold in Adair. Investigation by Adair County Sheriff's office and Russell Springs, KY, Police Department is ongoing By Deputy Adam Cravens The Adair County Sheriff's Office made three arrests Wednesday, March 13, 2013, in connection with a Theft/Receiving stolen property case, which the ACSO had been investigating in collaboration with the Russell Springs Police Department. Items stolen from a Russell Springs business were later sold in Adair County. Larry Taylor, Jessica Taylor, and David Creason, all of Adair County, KY, were arrested for receiving stolen property under $10,000, a class D felony.
