Comment: Appreciated 911 call/Code Red Alert at 10:54CT

Dick and Mary Knight
Ed, Dick and I just received the call (email received at 10:54CT, Thursday, March 7, 2013) from Greg Thomas informing us of problems with the 911 phone line. He gave us an alternate number - 384-6464. At the end of the call, Greg apologized for calling so late at night. No apology necessary, Greg. We appreciate all of your calls--especially when the topic is so important. An alternative to a troubled 911 line could save lives. Thank you--and feel free to call any time!! - Dick and Mary Knight
Thanks - I thought it worth the wake up, too. I was one of several who didn't understand that there was no emegency now, but that the center had experienced trouble with its lines - but the 270-384-6464 was handling the calls like mine graciously and explained the situation. We're blessed to have personnel like her, I thought. - EW
