Kenny Brown is investigating By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - Trooper Kenny Brown is investigating a collision that occurred on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 7:36 PM CST, 5 miles south of Columbia on KY 61. 60-year-old Dorothy Richard of Burkesville was traveling south on KY 61, operating a 1999 Toyota, when she struck a bull standing in the roadway. Ms. Richard was wearing her seatbelt and was taken to Westlake Hospital where she was treated and released.
