Adair County Sheriffs Office serves multiple indictment warrants By Deputy Adam Cravens The Adair Sheriff's Office were handed down five sealed indictment warrants on Tuesday, February 26 to serve. Between February 26 and February 28, 2013, Sheriff Harrison Moss, Deputy Adam Cravens, and Deputy Aaron Rainwater served warrants on Bobby Joe Spencer, Rhonda Bridgwaters Jones, Stephen Smith, Roy McClister, and Deondrick Davis.
