Special Education Records prior to June 30, 2010 to be destroyed PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with the Adair County School District's procedures and records retention guidelines, the following special education records housed at the Adair County Board Of Education will be destroyed: Special Education Due Process Records for students who attended Adair County School District and excited out of the Special Education Program prior to June 30, 2010.
