National 4-H Council gets 4-Star rating on Charity Navigator Responsible Giving There's a good news for South Central Kentuckians who support 4-H programs on Charity Navigator. It's one of the featured organizations, receiving a 4 out of 4 Star rating, with on a possible 70, obtains an Overall rating of 67.03, a Financial rating of 65.80, and a perfect 70 for Accountability and Transparency.
